ELECTRO STIMULATION

Sometimes electro stimulation is used during an acupuncture treatment for certain conditions. Clips (called alligator clips) from the therapeutic device, are attached to the needles. Using the appropriate settings small amounts of alternating impulse with different frequencies sends a pulsating sensation.

In some Chinese hospitals they use electro stimulation during a surgical operation without using anesthetic. Also many researchers utilize electro stimulation during their acupuncture investigations.

This differs from the tens machine or some other products on the market. It depends what the diagnosis is, whether electro stimulation is necessary. If a condition is manifesting due to a pathogen, electro stimulation is avoided as it can drive the pathogen to a deeper level in the body.
